Summary
• Lead business systems analysis across 5+ end-to-end SAP Concur, SAP Project Systems, and SAP FICO (SaaS) implementations for Fortune 500 clients — programs valued $1M–$30M, including merger and spin-off transitions, delivering Agile/Scrum engagements of 6–18 months on time and within scope. • Facilitate discovery and design workshops with C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, Operations) to elicit requirements, define future-state processes, and align competing priorities. • Manage product backlogs in JIRA, OpenText ALM, and SAP Cloud ALM — translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with full lifecycle traceability. • Own test strategy and execution across SIT, UAT, and hypercare: author test plans, coordinate test cycles with global teams, and drive 100+ defects per cycle from triage through closure, reducing post-go-live incidents. • Manage cutover planning and execution for multiple go-lives, coordinating integration and technical teams to minimize operational disruption and ensure business continuity. • Spearhead business process optimization initiatives that streamline financial workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve reporting accuracy across global business units. • Analyze current-state processes to identify pain points and AI-automation opportunities, advising clients on where to inject AI to eliminate manual effort; leverage AI tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, SAP AI) to accelerate documentation, test-script generation, and requirements analysis. • Design and deliver change management programs — training curricula, communication plans, and user-readiness assessments — driving adoption across global user bases of hundreds to thousands of employees per rollout. • Ensure SOX and audit compliance through SOP documentation, security configuration, and role-based access governance in partnership with internal audit teams. • Serve as primary liaison across onshore, offshore, and client teams; mentor junior consultants on functional design, configuration standards, and client engagement.
